Allana played for Australia in Rugby Sevens in 2013, then consecutive knee injuries forced Allana to stay off the field for many years prior to making her return to rugby league. Allana played in her first union rugby game for women played by New South Wales and stood out in that match against Queensland. Allana's career in radio has grown since she is a regular on the 2GB Continuous Call Team, a highly rated program.
