Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor who achieved fame after playing the Disney XD actress in the sitcom Pair of Kings. Barbara hosted Ballroom with a Twist the groundbreaking new show that includes celebrity emcees, and dancers of Dancing with the Stars. Barbara appeared in Lifetime's Army Wives TV Series, guest starred in HBO's George Lopez and played a regular character on Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Barbara performed across all of the United States in Neil Simon's version of The Odd Couple for women. Barbara played on stage of The New Theatre at Kansas City Missouri, in the production Social Security. The show ran for a full one month at Jacksonville Florida during summer 2014.
